Vaccination for adults, health professionals, pregnant women, infants and children under 5 years of age on Monday – City Hall in Tawba

The prefecture of Taubate is continuing its vaccination campaign against influenza, covid and measles this Monday (2). Pay attention to the vaccines available for each visitor.

For the public: 60 years of age and older

  • Influenza Vaccine + Covid:

– Influenza: For those 60 years of age or older.

– Covid: For the application of 2nd dose (4th dose) for persons 60 years of age or older, who have taken the first additional dose (3rd dose) at least 04 months ago, regardless of the use of immunizing agents.

Currently: Document RG, CPF, Evidence of Taubate Residence, Evidence of 1st Additional Dose (3rd Dose) of Vaccine against COVID-19, applied to Taubate.

For the public: Health professionals

  • Influenza vaccine: For all health professionals regardless of age.
  • Measles vaccine: For all health professionals who have not proven 02 (two) doses of measles vaccine in their vaccine portfolio regardless of age.
  • Vaccine against covid- For application of 2nd dose (4th dose): For health professionals over 60 years of age and who are at least 04 (four) months apart from the first additional dose (3rd dose), immunizing agents may be applied.

Currently: Documents RG, CPF, training and performance proof as a health professional, routine vaccine card for SARAMPO immunobiological assessment, and proof of Taubate accommodation. For people over the age of 60, you must also present evidence of the 1st extra dose (3rd dose) of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered in the tube to apply the 2nd dose (4th dose).

For the public: Pregnant women

  • Influenza vaccine: For all pregnant women.

Currently: Documents RG, CPF and Taubate proof of residence.

For the public: Pregnant women (All women in the period up to 45 days after delivery).

  • Influenza vaccine: For all pregnant women.

Currently: ID card, CPF, proof of pregnancy (birth certificate, pregnant woman’s card, hospital documents where birth took place, among others) and proof of residency.

Vaccination rooms in health units: ESF Esplanda Santa Terezinha, ESF Piratininga, ESF Sao Gonzalo, UBS MAIS Trace Maria I (Fajendinha). Hours: 6am to 6pm. If necessary, the password will be distributed till 5 pm.

For the public: Children under 6 months to 5 years (4 years 11 months 29 days):

  • Influenza vaccine: For children under 6 months to 5 years of age (04 years 11 months and 29 days) who will be vaccinated for the first time and who have received one or two doses of seasonal influenza vaccine in previous years.
  • Measles vaccine: For children under 6 months to 5 years of age (04 years 11 months and 29 days) regardless of vaccination status.

Currently: RG, CPF or SUS Card and Municipal Computerized System Card – Proof of residency in the name of SIM or father, mother or legal guardian, Compulsory Present Routine vaccination card And the legal guardian must be present.
